your ultimately height is determined by your genes, and there are no exercises that will impact it one way or the other. There are cases of stunted growth as a result of mal- or rather under-nourishment but I hope that you do not have to be concerned about that.
Having said that, choosing exercises that promote good posture will give the appearance of being taller than you are. I am an advocate of avoiding forward and downward movement of the shoulders. It creates the so-called forward rounded shoulders and is often the result of doing too much bench pressing at the expense of working the upper back.
I am happy that you are engaging on a good exercise routine at a rather young age. A habit of a well-rounded program will be of benefit to you for the rest of your life.
