Hi Dereck. As previously stated, what’s ‘best’ will be what’s best for you, and this depends a lot on what your specific needs/goals are. Most large fitness facilities will offer very much of the same (e.g. resistance equipment, aerobic equipment, group exercise classes, personal training etc.). A lot will (may) come down to some of the ‘other things’ such as parking, expertise of the staff/trainers, how crowded it gets, the types of classes they offer, cleanliness, etc. These ‘other things’ are quite often what separates one large gym from another.
As suggested, I would recommend that you try a trial use of each. I would also add, that you should visit each gym at the time of day you think that you will typically use it so that you get an idea about some of the things I mentioned above (i.e. parking, how crowded etc.).
I hope that this helps.
