Which exercises are contra-indicated with clients with Pelvic Girdle Pain or Pubic Symhysis Dysfuntion?

In general, you should avoid exercises done in a wide stance. You will get more stability of the pubic symphysis and pelvic girdle by modifying exercises to a narrow stance, doing overhead exercises seated as opposed to standing, and focusing on a smaller range of motion (don’t go as low in a squat or lunge). You may also be better off avoiding most single leg exercises.
