Where do I find out state requirements for CT state (licensure, biz lic., insure., etc) I want to protect myself. any help?

I would like to start meeting with a client right away – what are the most immediate steps I need to take? Not sure if coaches have to have a license even in State of CT. Can’t seem to find it on website.
Can anyone help out?
