Where do I find course numbers of all sessions I attended at the 2012 Idea World Fitness?

I’m renewing my ACE certification. Deadline is February 28, 2013. The binder IDEA gave us provide session numbers and session titles BUT I need to get the COURSE NUMBERS in order to renew my ACE certification. Any suggestions?
