Where can we find age-specific training information for each generational group from 40, 50, to 60 years of age?

“Age specific training” is a bit misleading. Age specific guidelines for initiating a fitness program would be more appropriate. The way that clients respond to fitness programming is very individual and depends on far more than a chronological measurement of time. Fitness professionals should be focusing on each client as an individual. Programming should be tailored to the current status of each client and thoughtfully progressed, regressed, adjusted, modified, etc. according to each client’s individual needs and goals.
