I have never had this problem. Though finding something in a specific city at a specific time could be more dirfficult. You could organize your own workshop. If you get enough participants together for a workshop, you should be able to find an organization to put one on for you. I present a number of CEC courses. In order for me to travel for a group or facility, they need to cover my expenses directly or with enrollment.
