I am a Registered Yoga Teacher. What is the minimum certification required to teach group TRX sessions?

TRX doesn’t require any certifications in order to take their basic courses and teach with their equipment. Here’s the link to look at courses near you.

Hello Elisa Barretta,
The minimum to teach group classes is a group fitness instructor NCCA certification. You may want to check out the TRX site as Nancy suggests. Did you see the history of TRX on the history channel show, Million Dollar Genius?

Also, google CrossCore. They have trainings in California as well, and the skills you learn on the CrossCore are the same you would learn for TRX, plus more opportunities for movement.
