Where can I find written guidelines and procedures for dealing with sexual molestation and abuse for my instructors?

I agree with Harris.
I also think it can be very helpful to have some training for the staff on how to respond to an incident should one occur. This is not about liability, but about the safety and wellness of all those who use your facility.
The Y has an excellent online program all staff do once a year on recognizing, preventing, and reporting child abuse. (The Y deals with a lot of kids, so it is about children). While I do not work much with kids, all employees must take it, and I actually find it informative and helpful. And of course, it would help with the liability thing as well to have such training.
