You could always design your own changes. I always design client programs personally. I consult with other instructors who need assistance with clients that challenge their skills (medical issues, athletic performance, etc.). All of the instructors that I teach cert prep and CEC courses to learn how to design programs.

The detailed consultation should be enough to design programs. You could also go to the sports stores, look around, find something different and design a program using that item. Think outside the box, go to the park, look outside for other ways to exercise. How about competitions or games between clients?
