I would like to know what websites people have found to get some good reformer routines – just a list of exercises for different bodies or goals would be great. For example, intermediate level, or cardio burning, or tight shoulders etc. Happy to share some that I have as well to add to the collection!
I love to see this type of constructive collaboration. Don’t forget to personally evaluate every exercise you plan to use with clients prior to doing so. My clients never perform an exercise that I haven’t personally performed recently. I do the exercise while critically thinking through how this exercise will fit with the client, consider all the possible issues that I can think of, evaluate how to regress/progress as necessary or needed, and how the exercise affects the entire body/support systems/structures.
