Where can I find reformer routines on the web?
I would like to know what websites people have found to get some good reformer routines – just a list of exercises for different bodies or goals would be great. For example, intermediate level, or cardio burning, or tight shoulders etc. Happy to share some that I have as well to add to the collection!
Hi Crystal. If you do a simple internet search for “reformer exercises” you should be able to find a lot of information. Of course take note of the source of the information you find since not all information found will necessarily be good. Here’s just one example of something found:

I hope that this helps.

Chrystal are you looking for new reformer exercises? I ask as you’ve taken a comprehensive course. So your repertoire should be vast.
As you know the reformer is a unique piece of equipment and learning a pilates exercise, routine on the internet might not be the best approach.
I earned my reformer certification through STOTT Pilates and have learned one must be very careful with the reformer.
In any case…
All the best!
Thank you for the help – I do have tons of exercises and yes, comprehensive certification. I have a number of great classes as well. But I would like to pull from the vast resources to get some potentially new routines for specific areas if they are already created – as I am sure they are! I have searched the web and found many examples of an exercise but I haven’t been able to find any type of repository for an hour long session for different goals. Really seems like there should be that type of resource out there – for example an intermediate session for someone with bad shoulders or a knee rehab session. If you have seen a site with any type of repository for these that would be great. I would love to see that type of sharing on this site. too.
Hello Again Crystal,
Found an interesting article for you:
