I prefer to keep a safe range of BPM’s no more 130 and all the science that came up with the STEP using the proper warm up and always doing the proper cool down at the end. for me STEP ain’t no dance. For me teaching is to make people’s lives better and healthy!!!!
Sure as long as you can break it down enough so everyone can work at their own level and get a good workout in
