I offer courses for small groups with different focus which may be sports related like racket sports or target problem areas like shoulders. I do that as part of the options I offer as a MELT instructor.
I don’t offer ‘bonus’ classes. But what I do is change the workout routine each day so I can work as many muscle groups as possible during the week. You can always offer extra classes where you can work a specific muscle group and give it a try if this works better for you. By adding more classes you will attract a larger variety of people to your classes and it’s a great way of giving them more options.
I know of a few PT who have done this. A specific focus has proven to be an effective method of attracting new clients for them. It also shows them that you are willing to attend to some peoples specific wants and needs. The generic cycling or yoga classes can sometimes get a little hum drum if you catch my drift.
