Hi Tony,

depending on the state you live in, this may not even be an option. Check this link for more information: https://www.usa-corporate.com/starting-a-new-business-in-the-us/types-of….

If in doubt, make the investment to talk to an expert in the field for advice.

Talk to your accountant or business attorney to weigh out your pros and cons.

Hello Tony,
Have you tried:

When in doubt…contact your state, county, city and/or attorney when making business decisions.

Wishing You Great Success!
Michael

Hi Tony. The ‘general’ answer to your question is as a regular LLC. However, each person’s situation and location will dictate what your SPECIFIC answer will be. This is a simple answer and call to the State Corporation agency in your State. Give them a call and they will be glad to guide you. Once you have your answer, I would highly recommend contacting a business attorney to help you set-up your LLC (it’s really an easy and simple process).

I hope that this helps.

You should visit your local SBA. There you can speak to a tax accountant and he/she would be able to give you some suggestions free of charge.

Best to you.
