What’s the best way to advertise an opening for a group fitness instructor?

My sister I are opening a new fitness studio in Sparks, NV this summer and need to find some awesome, certified group fitness instructors. I’m having trouble thinking of ways to advertise our job opening since we aren’t an established business yet. Any ideas? What has worked best for you? Thanks!
