Whats the best program for muscle imbalance of the extremities? Ex. Right arm is bigger than the left.

Predominant limbs are typically ‘bigger’ because they get used more. You can build in balance with your strength training program. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with including resistance load unilaterally to the non-predominant limb.
