Do good cardio workout videos exist?
Turbo Fire! An awesome complete home workout with a series of dvds, schedule and eating plan by Chalene Johnson & Beachbody (ya know the same company that does P90X, Insanity, etc) It’s a fun yet intense workout with current music, and always has a modifier in case you want lower impact, and takes place in a live gym setting so you feel like you’re right in class! Fusion of kickboxing/dancing sort of workout with great cardio and resistance as well. My favorite workout to do when I can’t get out of the house.
