If you haven’t ever worked with a Personal Trainer, I highly recommend that you do from time to time. You cannot see everything about your form in a mirror. You may have fallen into a routine that is not really progressing your fitness. You will probably learn something you don’t know or learn that something you thought you knew is incorrect. You might just be able to help some of the other trainer’s clients with your expertise and vice versa.
There are just as many reasons for a trainer to work with another trainer as there are for someone that is not a trainer to work with a trainer. We are all really just human beings and we have the same issues in life. An outside opinion can be a breath of fresh air, so to speak.
I can answer honestly…
