I have some clients with very arthritic hands, particularly the thumbs. Holding a dumbbell is very difficult for them, and that limits upper body workouts severely.
I wished there was some kind of device like a big glove to which to snap a dumbbell so that resistance can be added without creating pressure into the painful hands.
Are you planning of doing it?
Nothing super specific but just more portable equipment. I either ride my bike or take public transit so I can’t load up a car if I want to bring something to add to their workout (I train people in their apartment gyms) and also when doing outdoor bootcamp/classes. Resistance bands are great but either more inventive/new products like them or attachments to use them in different ways.
