the term ‘jogging’ to me means recreational running, usually without any greater goal than doing the same on the next day.
Plans for improving performance are related to the goal. Trying to complete a marathon requires a different approach from wanting to win one. Improving your running time for short distances has yet another training approach.
If you can specify the current status and the goal of the person, it may be easier to give more specific recommendations.
Thanks Karin for answering my doubts and I’m really sorry for reacting late to your answer , actually one of my client wants to improve his running in outdoor track so for that I wanted to what should be my technically sound approach to take him to achieve his target, thank you again Ms Karin .
