I don’t think I can pick just one; there were many excellent ones.
I loved Sue Hitzman at the pre-conference MELT course. Her knowledge of fascia and the self-treatment of it are absolutely superb.
Both keynote speakers were outstanding. I was utterly surprised by the poise and eloquence of Apolo Ohno and fascinated by Dr. Amen’s research.
As for a lecture, I have to single out Roberta Anding who spoke on Sarcopenia. I wished more people had been in the audience. She had practical, take-home suggestions and impressed me with her down-to-earth approach to nutrition.
I thought the convention was just great. As far as the best, as stated above it would depend on what you were looking for. That being said I thought Dr Len Kravitz and Peter Twist were exceptionally outstanding speakers and will go out of my way to see and hear them again. I loved the Lebert Fitness sessions, I bought all his stuff to use for at home training and the Spinning Clases were great especially Doug Katona Technical Training and I always love how Jeff Krabiel teaches.
Can’t wait for 2012 in San Diego.
