I do Skype training and my client list includes all of the above. They are both male and female, business people, computer literate and from various ages. It’s not hard to train people online as long as you feel comfortable doing a lot of work from your side as well. You need to be able to communicate the exercises correctly, so they don’t get injured. I always stay on top of their workouts, so they don’t slack or get distracted by others while they workout. My clients are usually self-motivated, so this makes it easier for me.
