Last year, for my current clients: It was if they Paid for 20 sessions up front at once and they received 2 FREE sessions (so I could increase Cash Flow & also give something away to current clients). New clients I just had a special where if they signed up for 10 or more training sessions they got a FREE Fitbit/Fitness Tracker & 1 Free session.

One of my favorite suggestions they have in the article is partnering with local businesses to offer your clients discounts. Since most of your clients probably already shop at these places they may feel like they are helping to make up the cost of your sessions.
