Last year, for my current clients: It was if they Paid for 20 sessions up front at once and they received 2 FREE sessions (so I could increase Cash Flow & also give something away to current clients). New clients I just had a special where if they signed up for 10 or more training sessions they got a FREE Fitbit/Fitness Tracker & 1 Free session.

Personally I don’t believe in promotions that give away free sessions only because I feel it just cuts into my price. However, since you seem to have success with doing it I would suggest a referral incentive package
Bring in one friend and get half off your session: bring in two and get ?? Once the friends sign up with you: offer them the same promotion.
Offering “family” packages are also a good way to promote yourself!
