Last year, for my current clients: It was if they Paid for 20 sessions up front at once and they received 2 FREE sessions (so I could increase Cash Flow & also give something away to current clients). New clients I just had a special where if they signed up for 10 or more training sessions they got a FREE Fitbit/Fitness Tracker & 1 Free session.

For my online coaching I have two promotions right now as part of my “12 Days of Fitness” targeting resolutioners. One is a percentage off of my program when you sign up for a year and I am calling it my New Year, New You program (this has received an excellent response. The other is I will be doing a 12 week group challenge starting the first monday of the year. This is something I do a few times a year, but this time registration is free with purchase of any coaching program and the winner will receive a monetary prize. My prospective clients have liked the idea of a 12-week jump start, and in my experience, 3 months is just enough time to establish good habits and get them ‘hooked’
