Last year, for my current clients: It was if they Paid for 20 sessions up front at once and they received 2 FREE sessions (so I could increase Cash Flow & also give something away to current clients). New clients I just had a special where if they signed up for 10 or more training sessions they got a FREE Fitbit/Fitness Tracker & 1 Free session.

How about: bring a friend/guest? This will remove the fear and add social aspect for clients while bringing in more prospects for you. The only cost to guest client is providing contact information for marketing, which you will word differently to them.
