What results have you achieved with your clients? Over what time span?
Hi Jaclyn. Over my 20+ training career I’ve had many, many clients as you can imagine – and each with their OWN ‘success’ story. ‘Success’ is truly measured by what the client’s goals are! That being said, client successes over the years have included, a 67 year old woman with cerebral palsy who improved her quality of life tremendously; a teenage girl basketball player with JRA who went on to play all 4-years as a starter on her high school team with NO injuries; a couple who together were aged 165 years old who improved their collective overall strength enabling the husband – with multiple health issues – to successfully make the pilgrimage to the wife’s native country of France; and a 50-something year old obese woman who over the course of our working together lost over 100 pounds through healthy exercise and diet. I absolutely LOVE these and the many other ‘stories’ that my clients come to me with, and how they persevere and make improvements in their lives (big and small) through incorporating exercise and wellness into their lives.

Hi Jaclyn,
I have also very long term clients, and their greatest success is that they are continuing to exercise even though they often had health challenges along the way.
The client who I am particularly proud of does no longer need a cane for walking. She has MS, and her stability and confidence have increased significantly. I have worked with her for two years.

I have worked with clients for 1 year and for 15 years
Those who I have worked with forever are on a maintenance program and they truly do understand the value of a personal trainer
My new clients have shown amazing progress, all of them have lost a significant amount of weight and are becoming much healthier within a 6 month period.
