I would like to put together some incentivizing information to pitch onsite fitness classes in corporate centers or offices. I’m having a hard time finding a good source to link to that shows a direct correlation to how much they can get credited through the Wellness Incentive. Does anyone have good source material or reference for this? Or do you have any tips on getting into businesses to offer these programs? Thanks!
I always verify everything that involves tax credits and deductions with my tax accountant and have the client/business do the same with theirs. That way everyone is above board and knows what the facts are up front.
I have found that most businesses are very reluctant to spend the money for wellness. Even when the benefits have been shown repeatedly. It can be a very tough sell. Almost all of my business accounts have sought me out from my work with other businesses or from one of the executives having been my client.
I would consult an accountant or tax professional for any tax-related questions. You could easily call HR block and they could help you.
Maybe these links can help you:
I’m not quite sure what you are asking here but I hope this will help. There is a lot of information out there where you can draw some ideas and advice. Perhaps your accountant can give you a much better advice regarding any tax credit you or your corporate client could receive.
