What kind of fitness experience are people looking for?
Hi Brenda. I’m assuming that you want to know what clients are looking for in the way of fitness experience? If so, I think that the answer to this question really depends on the client. Clients come in all sizes, shapes, and fitness goals (needs). The type of experience that they are looking for is as varied as the types of clients. Some enjoy group dynamics and so thoroughly enjoy small group training, whereas I know that some of my clients simply would not workout at all if they were forced into that type of setting. Low impact v. high impact will depend upon a number of factors including the injury status of the client. High intensity versus low intensity – steady state cardio training again will depend on your goals for training. I think you get the idea here – plan your training around your client’s specific needs and that will go a long way to achieving what our clients are really looking for – RESULTS!
I hope this helps.
