Is there any evidence to support the use of carb cycling? Such as a two days of low carb, one day of high carb cycled twice with one day of “guilt free” eating? Does this create any special changes in the body that leads to improved fat loss? Or is this just another way to manipulate caloric intake ultimately leading to a deficit and loss of fat? Thank you.
Via cellular genesis, reuducing carbs only put extra stress on the body. The metabolisim can not be tricked as mentioned above. In the long run is does not do any good with regards to weight lose. Since the USDA requirements for cabs has never been established, i can only say follow the rules of thumb that now occur for carbs. Good question though. Brian Rozzi
