At the present I love trying to become more proficient on my unicycle and when I am not doing that I love putting my Kangoo Jumps going over the Central Park and dancing on my Kangoo Jumps. Kangoo Jumps are rebounding shoes. For me they are great workout and a lot of fun! I love my industry but when I workout I try my best to make it feel like I am playing. If it doesn’t feel like play, adherence becomes challenging for me.
Kettlebell Swings 15 seconds on/off – Anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes (depends on how I’m feeling & the weight I’m using:)
AND three times through:
One arm Kettlebell clean, squat, press
Stability ball hamstring curls
Stability ball one arm chest press
Stability ball prone knee tuck (hip hikes)
