At the present I love trying to become more proficient on my unicycle and when I am not doing that I love putting my Kangoo Jumps going over the Central Park and dancing on my Kangoo Jumps. Kangoo Jumps are rebounding shoes. For me they are great workout and a lot of fun! I love my industry but when I workout I try my best to make it feel like I am playing. If it doesn’t feel like play, adherence becomes challenging for me.
It varies according to my mood and energy level, but I do have faves:
-indoor rowing (LOVE it!)
-dumbbell weight segment with as heavy weights as I can manage
-balance, rotation & anti-rotation moves, with low to moderate weight, using a functional trainer (like CYBEX)
-anything with BOSU and/or a foam roller
-dancing like a maniac:)
