Not much value, in my opinion.
Most of the calories in juice are sugars, and much of the nutrients are left in the fibrous materials that stay behind when a fruit is juiced.
And then when you make it “diet” by taking out the sugar, what additives have had to be put in to keep it tasting similar.
My feelings aren’t specific to Ocean Spray. I’m not a big fan of juice because of the glycemic load.
You should use herbal medicine for health benefits that can work for diet as well as energy. You have seen lots of medicine but need to select which can suite in you body.

I prefer eating the whole food to drinking juice which has only a portion of the nutrition. I also read ingredients to make a decision when purchasing a “treat,” as this would be treated. Diet products do not sit well with me, whole foods do much better.
