Our most popular classes are indoor cycling, step aerobics, and Zumba. Yes, step aerobics! Three years ago, attendance at step was very low. We changed our instruction to “basic step” to really teach members the moves. Now, members are excited about it, can do some advanced moves, and it rivals Zumba for our 5:30 p.m. prime-time attendance.
