In this forum I follow questions on new continuing education and products that I am interested in pursuing and buying.
Right now I am personal doing a lot of studying on the subjects of biomechanics, fascia/connective tissue in relation to movement, and experimenting with new ways to activate the “core”/stability system.
It depends on what’s happening in my classes / clientele. At the moment, I’m more into yoga, corporate wellness, and rehabilitation so I read those posts with more interest.
That said, there’s so much good information here that I read quite a bit of it even if it doesn’t relate to my current scope.
Good question! However, I can’t say that I have a favorite.
More so, I enjoy the variety of questions asked and how they’re asked specifically. I find that it adds to my understanding of what’s trending or is being misrepresented by certain media outlets. These insights help me communicate in more effective ways with clients or through online channels.
Natalie, would you say you feel the same way?
