I’m a tournament tennis player. Love the game! I’d have to rate this as my favorite.

Cycling. I can’t do many of the activities I used to because of some foot problems, but cycling offers me the opportunity to work hard while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.

Walking my dog – hands down: being outside and having great company 🙂

Way back I considered myself a Squash player – I could be found on the court almost every day of the week and did not miss a tournament anywhere in driving distance. These were the good old days – and now I have good new days 🙂

As a a tournament tennis player I would recommend that you do stability training in conjunction with tennis. Yoga is good for stability and mental focus. Rock On and thanks for answering.
