What is your favorite exercise at the park?

Hi Florann. There are so many to choose from 🙂 Push-ups, squats, lunges, ‘partner’ body-weight exercises, plyometrics (when appropriate). Using some of these exercises in a circuit-type training, and using some small mobile pieces of ‘equipment’ such as tennis balls and bands help me to add variety and intensity to the above.
