There’s a lot of equipment out there- free weights, machines, functional equipment- and all of it can be used appropriately for one purpose or another. Which type do you use most often with your clients and why?
As for Cardio I prefer the Arc trainer because it’s easier on the knee than the treadmill or Elliptical and tends to burn more calories in less time. I prefer Free Weights over machine Because I feel you get a wider range of choices for your workout in less time.
