What is your definition of “Healthy”
Healthy to me means being balanced in all areas of your life, as well as your body. Work/play, time off/work time, interests outside of fitness, inside/outside pursuits. Flexibility/strength, cardio fitness/endurance, muscle suppleness. Being mindful of others, having mental/intellectual challenges. Having a great support system with family, friends, and advisors/mentors.
I believe that “healthy” is being able to meet the challenges ahead of you and a little more. The key, is top understand that what one persons decides may be different from another, so in reality there is no right or wrong answer. As long as we are trying to make our lives better, eating right, and training for “OUR” goal, we should be hitting the mark.

I consider healthy being physically able to do whatever I want to do at any time I want to do it with no negative physical limitations.
I think Wellness is a much better concept than healthy and the direction that “healthy” is actually going in the fitness industry.
Wellness and the Wellness Wheel are much more encompassing of our daily lives than just being healthy.
