We always hear of someone or something that is “Healthy”…and “healthy” is sooooo BROAD. I define it to be: Having an understanding of how YOUR body functions and responds to stimuli via diet or exercise. But that’s just me… what does it mean to you… is there a “correct” answer??? We’ll see… = )
Healthy to me means being able to be as physically active as I possibly can, eating foods that will fulfill me nutritionally, enjoying the ability to rest and re charge and to have a positive outlook on life no matter what comes my way
