We run our bootcamp on a six week basis with one week off.
We always have new people joining, in order to give them a chance at learning “basic” bootcamp drills we do our first 2 weeks of repeating various moves. This way the “old” bootcampers can push themselves and the newbies can get a feel for what a “burpee”is.
It’s been very successful.
Also, on the first day we always review policy, expectations and during roll call all new bootcampers come up front and face the group as they are being introduced to the group.
