what is the most beneficial exercise for increasing height. I am already 22!
Nikail,
I think by 22 you have reached your final height!. But if anything made sense it would be the right nutrition. Eat foods high in calcium for stronger bones.
Hope that helped,

I’m not considered “tall” myself 🙂 and I can tell you that there is really nothing to truly increase height long term besides expensive surgery where you break your legs and insert a metal tube to give you an extra 2-3 inches over a period of time. It’s called Leg Lengthening.
To me, this seems rather risky and invasive, all for a few inches. Not to mention you’d be spending tens of thousands of dollars to do this.
Hi Nikhil,
while you cannot increase your height through exercises, you could give the appearance of being taller by maintaining perfect posture. Make sure that you are not habitually pulling up your shoulders towards your ears as one example. Also keeping ideal body weight gives a leaner appearance.
Look at the way male dancers move and stand. They would be good examples.

Hi Nikhil,
As everyone said, there are no exercises that are going to help you increase your height at your (or any) age. However, training for the last 8 months most likely improved your posture, causing you to stand up straighter. Let me know if you do find exercises that make you taller – I can use them!
