As there is a big amount of new devices coming on the market in the last months, I am looking for some feedback from the field about these: the bodybugg, the fitbug, the basis watch the suunto ehanced heartrate monitors etc. If one wanted to truly measure some critical parameters for dlients, which are the best ones doe you think?

Sorry have been very busy and only now circling back to this topic.
Focusing on the high performance athlete and serious amateur that is being coached / trained. The SUUNTO t6 watch/HRM was bundled with cool software from Firstbeat Technologies. This software is very advanced in that it can measure VO2Max, VO2 at regular intervals, Ventilation,and most importantly EPOC as well as recovery from stress (due to exercise and other factors) during night time sleep.
Now this software is also available and compatible with Polar and other watches… which is great…. the only downside is that it is PC only and I am no longer using PC’s (Have been on Mac since the last 7 years and won’t go back ever…)
Does anybody know of other software for Mac that can do this is or better ? This is very interesting stuff to be able to maximize training prescription and verify and feedback recovery into that prescription.
