As there is a big amount of new devices coming on the market in the last months, I am looking for some feedback from the field about these: the bodybugg, the fitbug, the basis watch the suunto ehanced heartrate monitors etc. If one wanted to truly measure some critical parameters for dlients, which are the best ones doe you think?
I recently got the Fitbit One and really have fun using it. That thing is even motivating ME 🙂
When people try to lose weight, I usually preach about the importance of keeping a food diary, often with very limited success. The app enables people to enter the data right there and then which is very helpful.
I also like the sleep tracker function. Even though far from perfect it gives people more information about the quality of their sleep than they would otherwise get.
