Combat fitness has been developing in popularity a lot over this year and I only see that trend continuing. This year alone I have incorporated training awareness and readiness, should a combative situation arise, for at least 60% more clients than I did in years past. Last year was a heavy rise in this demand as well but has been dwarfed by the number of requests this year. Maybe its the constant televising of combat sports (Like the UFC), or maybe the world just seems more violent… Or maybe the word has spread that my teachings have a precedence?.. Yeah, I like the sound of that. I’m gong with the “Its all cause of me” answer!
What I see happening in my area, is people exercising with co-workers before heading home. This is done on a break or soon after clocking out. The person who leads the effort is usually the deciding factor on the activity: biking, yoga, etc.
Note: stay-at-home parents fit into the co-workers group.
