What is the best way to recieve payment and track the number of workouts the client has participated in
Hi Michelle,
why don’t you have the participants pay for x number of classes upfront and use something like a punch card. Then you can still have a roster where you record who has been there but do not worry about payment.

Hello Michelle Moore,
What works for me is to fill out a receipt page, easily found at office product suppliers. I make a list of the classes; some prefer to pay for all while others like to pay per class. Easy to check off and write in amount paid with check number. I am not bonded, so I do not take payment for more than a month of classes.
Take care,

I see nothing wrong with a Sign-In Sheet. I use one that also includes my Liability Waiver for each session. It works and sometimes the KISS principle is the easiest and the best 🙂

Hi Michelle,
You may need to look into acquiring a personal training software scheduling solution. We have a good one, check it out.

Another good option is MINDbody.
Best of luck,
