My studio is growing & my teachers are full. I need to add more teachers to the studio to cover new clients but not sure where to look for potential teachers.

It is hard to find great people in Fitness because many of the best are already working somewhere eles or working for themselves. If you offer your instructors better than average wages and put a little effort into letting the fitness community know this, you will have instructors seeking you out.

In addition to the answers above, are you on social media? Many cities have fb groups for instructors specific to their geography. There are also specific fb groups for pilates instructors. You could post your job openings within.

Try the certifying body’s website. For example Stottpilates.com has an “Instructor Finder”. Also if you look at where they are hosting courses you can get people right out of the course.
