What is the best Pilates certification?
Monica, there is a link on the right hand side of this portal that reads “Career Guide.” If you click on that link and then search under certifications and choose pilates certifications, you will likely find reviews of pilates certification courses that individuals have frequented.
I hope this gives you some direction.
Hi there Monica,
Please check out www.PeakPilates.com. We teach an integrated approached to the work of Joseph Pilates, which means we teach mat, reformer, cadillac, and auxiliary equipment together in order to facilitate understanding how the method works across all equipment. We have training centers throughout the United States and abroad as well. Peak has divided the education into bite-sized pieces, convenient for everyone. You can see the full explanation of our programming at the website. Good luck!
My preference and training has always been classical, since these certifications honor the original teachings and philosophies of Joseph Pilates. I have been trained and certified through www.powerpilates.com. However, their are many benefits to be gained through keeping an open mind and training with all different styles of pilates, both classical and contemporary. The most important thing is to find a certification that fits your style and clients the best.
