What is the best exercise to do to build your strength, endurance, and to make your trouble spots go away?
Hi Garret. What do you mean by “make your trouble spots go away?” Are you referring to places of excess body fat? Places of a noticeable strength or flexibility difference? Something else? There is no one exercise that does everything in my opinion. But, there are several combinations of exercise that would help someone both gain strength, and, for example reduce body fat or improve flexibility. A lot depends upon what you mean by trouble spots. Can you provide more details?

There is no way to “make your trouble spots to away!’ I have been asked this question the MOST during my 32 years training.
Most people want to get rid of the areas they hate becasue they have been with them the longest and will be the very last area of the body to respond to exercise.
There is no Best: it all depends on your ablility, your goals, your fitness intelligence and fortitude.
My mantra is do some of everything.
There is not ONE exercise that will do EVERYTHING
Hi Garrett,
My philosophy is to achieve the unrealistic and I believe you can cure your trouble spots like I have. My personal “trouble spot” was overall being too skinny. It was impossible for me to gain weight, as hard as that is to imagine! I decided to tweak my workout routine a little bit and have discovered amazing results. I increased my strength by %22.2. My Bench Press went from 135lb to 165lbs and increased total body weight by 10lbs (155lb – 165lb) in as little as 3 weeks! And my blood pressure was excellent.
I am always testing and studying new ways of working out with different combinations of exercises and varying techniques. I like to see what develops the best results in the shortest amount of time, of course in the safest possible manner. The below exercises are great regarding your question. I found that the exercises listed below were key supplements to my progress as well as other studies I have read about…These are just a few exercises to fix those bodily imbalances, improve strength, and increase endurance.
1. Full Turkish Get-up: An excellent exercise for core strength, stability, and improving total body balance.
2. Kettle-Bell Swing: A great exercise for improving full body strength and power in your legs and developing a better Posterior, which is key to your improving your posture.
3. Full Burpee: This is a great endurance exercise, burns calories, and helps to break through your physical limits.
As always, make sure to focus on excellent technique to prevent injury.
Good Luck!
